One Link comm. scam

They started charging through AT&T and USBI a monthly fee. When contacted by us, the customers, they refused to refund the amounts they had been billing through the AT&T invoice. They stated it was company policy, but that they would cancel service, but refused to return the money they had collected through this scam. They claimed to have a recording of the transaction and would call back to play it: They didn't, as there cannot be such a recording. As is, it's been a ploy/scam to hold on to money collected illegally. Beware: Check your AT&T bill, people. They seemed to be in league with One Link and USBI to collect these fraudulent charges.

Compania no buena

Hablan nada mas preguntando por nombre y apellido y despues te manda AT&T cobrando llamadas de larga distacia que segun tu autorizas...... Son repugnantes este tipo de empresas que abusan sin autorizacion de nadien y hablas para reclamar y no te solucionan absolutamente nada no deberian de estar aprobadas por el gobierno por que es como una estafa lo que hacen , y despues tienes que pagar las llamadas estas y no es justo nada de esto. Tomen en cuenta de NO autorizar esta empresa para trabajar *** ella. Imaginate lo que hacen sin autorizacion que no haran *** autorizacion de las personas.

Slammed my phone through ATT billing

They started charging through ATT a monthly fee. When approached, they refused to refund the amounts they had been billing through the ATT invoice. They stated it was company policy, but that they would cancel service. Wont return my money. The rep used some ficticious name to represent that the service had been ordered by that person. They seem to do whatever they want, and the florida public service commission no longer takes these cases because of the successful lobby activities performed by Ms. Diaz de la Portilla in Tallahassee. Disgusting activity and lousy response on their part. Be on the lookout for Onelink communications.

Poor service.

Supervisor Luis Gómez,informed me he could not solve my cable problem because they do not have sufficient employees . I would have to wait 23 days for somebody to come. And no credit would be given because not all the televisións were with the digital box which is the most expensive.I have Atlantic Broadband in Florida,pay less and have an excellent service. The people that answer the phone in Santo Domingo do not have the slightest idea of how to treat good customers. I suppose clients are Not Important. It's a shame. Mr.Michael Cartabiano wrote in the Caribbean Business paper,the great service they were giving customers,I suppose he is unaware of the reality.

Upset customer due to a poor cust ser. And irrespectful actitud

Since last friday May 10th I'm out of yout service. Since that i keep calling to your cs dept. That is total disaster. I kept telling those guys that Im out of service and the finally I asked for a supervisor I explained everything again to him and he told me that he submmityed an emerg. Request and I'm goimg to ne contact during saturday to let me know uf is posible to come on saturday or to let me lnow whem they are coming and guess what nothing happended. Today at 11:29 am i received a call tellimg me that rhe technichian is in front of my house. I explained that guy that they were supposed to advice me and that I was working. I called again and the same supervisor talked to and he kept lying to me in a irrespectouse way. He told me "make another appointment wait". His last name is Montilla. Service number taht he gave on saturday is 169388

HOW COULD AT&T ALLOW ONELINK COMMUNICATION TO HURT SENIOR CITIZENS WHO ONLY GET $320.SSI?

I've been with AT&T over 20 years. Soon as I get to Shreveport, LA the Fraud started with OneLink Communication,INC. How did the get access to my account? I never approved of them and will never trust AT&T again. They do not protect their Senior Citizens. The money they charged me is so out of touch with reality and I want every dime of my money back. Living from SSI month to month to keep from being homeless. FOR ALL OF YOU OUT THERE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TELEPHONE BILL CAREFULLY WITH AT&T TO MAKE SURE THE CROOKS HAVE NOT DISTURBED YOUR COMMUNICATIONS THAT WAS TRUSTED.

Charging $15

As a mother of family and responsible customer, I called to Customer Support to advise that I just made a payment and that I knew my account was pass due and that I will make the complete payment on day 15 of the month and not on day 9, because I don’t have the money. We are living an economic crisis, so I’m looking to save the last penny I have in my pocket. As a company, atleast you should understand and have empathy with your clients. But this company, “will automatically generate a $15 fee”. Hey company, I can feed my family at least 2 days with $15 and you are going to charge because SIX days? Great, NOT! Conclusion They don’t care about how many years the client is with the company, actual economic situation and treat customers without interest.? F Grade to the company, they don’t valuate their customers.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

I called to resolve a problem with the recording of programs and now I do not have any HBO channels nor the national networks (ABC,NBC,CBS,Fox). I called their alleged after hours service to leave a message and it is a total fake and fraud. All you get is a loop that keeps on repeating the same thing over and over.It asks you to enter the extension number, if you know it, and if you do not know the extension number it takes you back over and over and over again. (787) 641-**** is a fake.It's like something out of Punked or Candid Camera.Now I'm out the channels I want to watch until who knows when.

OneLink / USBI faked and edited a phone call

On 6.8.11 a representative from OneLink called my office and claimed to be an AT&T Representative. My husband/business partner talked to her - we both remember the call because I remember hearing him ask why they would need his SS# at which point I turned from my desk and wondered what was going on. After the OneLink rep identified herself as being an AT&T rep and verifying the address, etc., she asked him for his Social Security number (phones are for our business) at which point he realized that it was indeed not an AT&T rep and that someone was trying to scam him. He told her he would not give her that information and then hung up. We did not scrutinize our month bills so three months passed until we finally realized that they had billed us anyhow without authorization until my normally $300-ish bill arrived at $2700+. We contacted AT&T, USBI who bills for OneLink and OneLink to get reimbursed. Incredibly, 24 hours after our initial call to OneLink they produced a automated conversation where a robotic voice is asking my husband questions and his voice is edited in answering "si" to every question - in the same tone and same length - an obvious fraudulent recording! He never spoke to an automated voice, let alone answered a series of questions regarding switching our service The last thing my spouse says in the recording is that he will not give that information and hangs up. OneLink somehow stands by this fraudlent recording and their charges and refuses to reimburse the charges. USBI will not take responsibility for billing or reimbursement. AT&T was very understanding because we have multiple phone lines for our business and the only number that was slammed was the number that is published. That made it very apparent what had happened. After 2 hours and 45 minutes (not joking) AT&T said that they would reverse their charges which were incurred because the slamming put us out of contract with the way phone lines have been set up for the past 3 1/2 years. I reported OneLink and USBI to the FCC, the FTC, the BBB and I called Tamarac's local police department to file an theft, identity theft and illegal recording case. After scouring the internet this afternoon, I have found dozens of websites that have hundreds of complaints. This company has apparently done this to countless people. I find it infuriating that the FCC has not put them out of business and even more infuriating that AT&T will allow such an unscrupulous company to bill their customers.

The description here of the fake recording is all identical to what just happened to my parents.

They are 80 years old and they call Cuba using a special rate from AT&T that they have had for 13 years in coral springs. My father knows not to approve any changes and he loves the AT&T rate and would never change away. He did not notice the slamming until he received the bill with a 43 minute call to cuba .. charging him $173.00 for it from OneLink communication .

As described here , within 24 hrs (after getting in touch with them which is hard to do) they produced the same fake recording described here. It is Fraud . I told my parents not to pay the $173 .00 we are willing to pay the AT&T rate which should be like $50 for that 43 minute call. AT&T allowed this company to steal a loyal subscriber under a fraud pretense and recording .

I will file the FCC complaint and pursuit the Fraud with Coral Springs Police . This company is in Miami . Slamming senior citizens .

I wonder what happened with your case ? it has been a year since you entered this case and they are still allowed to be a company that commits fraud !.

The doctoring of the call is forgery which is a 3rd degree felony in Florida. I'm going to pursue that angle with the Tamarac PD tomorrow.
